You need your vessel registration No. and vessel details. It is essential that you enter the correct vessel details to ensure you are allocated a suitable mooring/berth.
- My mooring search is returning 0 results?
Make sure your vessel details are entered correctly.
- What if I need to cancel my booking?
To cancel a booking you need to call your mooring/facility provider. In the case of Rottnest Island mooring rentals call the RIA Mooring Booking line on (08) 9372 9771.
- Is there a booking cancellation fee?
The total cancellation fee is dependant on the mooring/facility provider. For Rottnest Island Rental Moorings, cancellation fees are as follows: For cancellations made 48hrs prior to booking: $15 is retained. For cancellations made within the 48hr period prior to booking: 50% of the total booking fee will be retained.
- What if I don't have access to the internet?
Some mooring/berth providers will provide a telephone booking service. You will need to contact them for this information.
- Is it safe to use my credit card on the internet?
Yes. Any personal/credit card information you enter is secured in accordance with industry standards.
- How long will I have to wait to know if my booking has been a success?
You will know straight away! Global Moorings operates in real-time, so as soon as you make your booking online you will be sent an email confirmation with your booking reference number.
- I don't have a printer. Is it essential that I take my booking confirmation details and other advised printable documents with me?
No it is not essential but can be very helpful and in the case of RIA rental moorings, may greatly speed up the check in process.
- What if I accidently enter incorrect user or vessel details?
You can edit your account by clicking on Your Account tab and the Edit link.
